Overview
ERuDeF is able to join the global partnership in developing and launching a new capacity building program for the younger generation of Cameroonians graduating from Cameroonian universities and professional schools that will help shape and facilitate their entry into the conservation world. Within this context, ERuDeF has developed three sub programs under this rubrique, namely;
Mission
Our mission is to build the technical capacity of recent graduates, graduate students, young and mid-career professionals in the fields of biodiversity conservation and non-profit studies. We are also committed in building the institutional capacity of other civil society organizations including Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Common Initiative Groups (CIGs) and Non governmental organizations (NGOs). .
The professional program targets graduates, prospective job seekers and early to mid-Career professionals in the field of conservation and development, the professional expertise and experience that will enable them to gain professionally qualified jobs. It employs a practical and a theoretical approach through short field training courses and a number of training seminar series. Through this they gain professional, vocational, capacity building and creative thinking skills in the fields of biodiversity conservation, restoration , non-profit accounting etc
